I have been taking the cardio
kickboxing classes at Villari's for about a year and a half.
I absolutely love the classes, and I feel they have changed my
life! Not having exercised in about ten years, I
needed to lose a lot of weight when I first started. I
was worried if I could even get through the class. The
instructors are informative, they show you what to do, and they
encourage you to go at your own pace. From the first day I
tried it, I loved it! Every class is challenging. With
sensible eating and going to class three or four times per week, I
have lose quite a bit of weight. Not only that, but I feel
much better about myself, and I feel much stronger and
healthier than I have in years! The class is kind of an
"attitude adjustment" -- no matter what kind of day I've
had, when I get finished with a cardio class at Villari's I feel
GREAT and ready to face anything!
